VMware Cloud Foundation 9 changes what an environment needs to run it, and that assessment has to happen before a single host gets racked. Some organizations are standing VCF 9 up from nothing. Others are migrating from vSphere 8 on hardware that is already in the rack. Either path starts the same way: an honest read of what your organization actually needs from the platform, then hardware sized to that read rather than to a generic reference architecture. Once the sizing is settled, we deploy the VCF stack alongside your own IT team, not instead of it, so the people who run the environment day to day understand what was built and why.
What the stack includes once it's running
A VCF 9 deployment through Gibson IT covers the compute, storage, networking, load balancing, and operations layers as one stack, not five separate purchases: vSphere and ESXi with vCenter, vSAN for storage, NSX for networking, Avi Load Balancer, and the Aria suite for operations.
